DALP Restaurant is born out of chef Davide Maron’s necessity to bring to the local territory his idea of cuisine: quality ingredients, simple yet elegant plates.

Cuisine

Creative yet simple, the kitchen follows the rules of seasonality and locally sourced produce. The dishes are inspired on what nature and suppliers best have to offer: unmissable are local products like Mora Romagnola pig, Romagna chicken and the onion of Medicina. Our menu changes regularly to satisfy the fundamental requirements of seasonality and freshness

The restaurant is a wide open space (250 sm ) obtained from the refurbishment of an old 50’s wharehouse. The open kitchen, the hydroponic greenhouse, and the numerous plants make it a proper urban garden, in line with the principles of kitchen sustainability.

Where to park

Parking spaces are limited and are reserved for people with disabilities. You can find large car parks in Via San Giovanni 84, in front of the Italian Post Office “Poste Italiane” or at the supermarket “Coop” in Via Grassi.

Clients with limited mobility can reserve a parking space calling or sending an email to prenotazioni@dalp-ristorante.it
